2. Collection and storage of personal data
This site exists solely to provide links and information. No personal data is actively collected, stored or analysed.
When the site is accessed, however, the hosting provider may record technical data such as the IP address, browser type and time of access. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and falls within the responsibility of the respective hosting service.
This website links to external platforms and services (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest). When you click these links, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
3. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, the data you send is used solely to handle your enquiry and is deleted afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
For the contact form on this website we use the service Web3Forms (Web3Forms/BLINK APP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED). The details entered in the form (name, email address, subject, message) are transmitted to Web3Forms over an encrypted connection and forwarded from there to us by email; messages are not stored permanently at Web3Forms. 4. Embedded YouTube videos (two-click solution)
In the “Music videos” section, YouTube videos provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) can be played. A video is only loaded after an active click; before that, no data is transmitted to YouTube. By clicking, you consent to the connection to YouTube (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); your IP address may be transmitted in the process. The video is embedded in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). 5. Embedded Spotify players (two-click solution)
In the “Albums” and “Singles” sections, players provided by Spotify AB (Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) can be loaded. The player is only loaded after an active click on the respective cover; before that, no data is transmitted to Spotify. By clicking, you consent to the connection to Spotify (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); your IP address may be transmitted and Spotify may set cookies. Further information: Spotify privacy policy.
6. Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To analyse the reach of this website anonymously, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The service works without cookies and without fingerprinting; no personal data such as IP addresses is stored permanently, only aggregated, non-personal figures (e.g. page views, country of origin at country level, referral source). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a statistical analysis of reach without any impact on users). Further information: Cloudflare privacy policy.
7. Newsletter (Brevo)
For newsletter sign-ups we use the service Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, part of Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: after entering your email address you receive a confirmation email, and the address is only stored once you confirm it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email; your address is then deleted. Further information: Brevo privacy policy.
8. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability regarding your stored data (Art. 15 et seq. GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
